What happens during a session?+
Move between the sauna, ice baths and recovery area at your own pace. Rest, repeat and enjoy the view for as long as your session allows.
Do I need sauna or ice-bath experience?+
Not at all. First-timers are very welcome and you can take the experience as gently as you like.
Are changing rooms available?+
Yes. Private changing rooms are available on site, along with a dedicated recovery and seating area.
What should I bring?+
Bring swimwear, drinking water, sandals or flip-flops, two towels and something warm to wear afterwards. Towels are not provided.
Can I make a private or group booking?+
Yes. Private sessions cost €90 for up to six adults. Larger groups and parties can contact us to arrange consecutive sessions.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Who can attend?+
Seven County Saunas is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Every session is personally supervised and guided throughout.
Where is Seven County Saunas located?+
At Oisín Park, Rossmore, Killeshin, County Laois, overlooking Carlow, the Barrow Valley and Mount Leinster. Parking and toilets are available on site.
