These terms apply to bookings made with Seven County Saunas. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Seven County Saunas (legal operator to be confirmed). By booking or attending, each customer agrees to these terms, the safety rules and our reasonable instructions.
Bookings and eligibility
- All participants must be aged 18 or over on the session date.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and confirmation is issued.
- The person booking must give accurate information and ensure everyone included in the booking follows the rules.
Shared and private sessions
Shared sessions are booked by individual place. Up to four spaces may be sold online, while the remaining two places may be held for walk-ins. The sauna’s maximum capacity is six adults.
A private booking reserves the full session for up to six adults. Larger groups and parties must contact Seven County Saunas so consecutive sessions can be arranged without exceeding capacity.
Prices and payment
- Shared session: €15 per person.
- Private session: €90 for up to six adults.
Website bookings are paid in full online. Walk-ins may pay by cash or card, subject to availability.
Arrival and conduct
Customers should arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrival does not extend the booked end time. Alcohol, recreational drugs, unsafe behaviour, harassment and ignoring safety instructions are prohibited. We may refuse or end participation where necessary for safety.
Belongings and complaints
Belongings should be placed in the designated basket or storage area and valuables should be avoided. Complaints should be sent to sevencountysaunaslaois@gmail.com.
